About Duchesne County Court Docket

Duchesne County court information is split among Utah District Court staff in Duchesne and Roosevelt, the Duchesne County Justice Court clerk, and statewide search tools. We created this private reference resource to make those routes easier to distinguish. It points readers toward the right official portal, counter, mailing address, or phone number for a case history, hearing date, filed document, or certified copy.

Why We Built This Site

Public access does not mean that every Utah court record sits in one place. XChange provides public case histories for many District and Justice Court matters, while the Full Court Calendar focuses on scheduled settings. Court staff hold the source files, and Utah State Archives may hold much older records. The elected county Clerk/Auditor handles county-government material rather than state court case files. We organize the verified search fields, court contacts, access limits, fees, and request steps so that readers can choose the right custodian without confusing these separate systems.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Utah court, clerk, or agency. Its role is limited:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that a phone number, fee, or setting has not changed

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes on some pages. They operate their own services, decide what appears in results, and set any price. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not control those services or their charges.
